About the restaurant

Born in 1995, Massawa is one of the first Eritrean and Ethiopian restaurants of the capital. Family run, it becomes a point of reference for those who love African cuisine or for those who want to test new and rich ethnic flavors. With thirty years of experience, the owner and head chef Weldu Yohannes, crowns the dream to open this activity to spread in Italy the pleasure for the tasty cuisine of his land of orgine, Eritrea. A friendly and courteous ambience where you can discover the traditions and relishes of the Horn of Africa!
